JAG is an open source project, licensed under the GNU General Public Licence. This
basically means that you may not make changes to the JAG codebase without also making those changes available to the open source community.
Also, it is not permitted to make JAG into a commercial product or include code from JAG within a commercial product. Any project that uses code
from JAG must also be licensed under the GNU General Public License.
It is important to note, however, that there are no licensing restrictions on projects created using JAG. You are free to use JAG to generate projects that
are commercial in nature.
In summary, JAG is an open source tool and must remain so; but you are free to use JAG to create any kind of project, commercial or otherwise.
